Who We Seek:

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant who is passionate about driving digital transformation. If you are creative, analytical, and have a track record of solving complex business challenges, we want you to be part of our ServiceNow Practice!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance within the ServiceNow framework, assisting clients in achieving their business objectives effectively.
  • Communicate with clarity and diplomacy, effectively resolving challenges while understanding the evolving needs of clients.
  • Deeply understand client business processes and ServiceNow functionalities to identify and document necessary adjustments for enhanced efficiency.
  • Lead design workshops, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout engagements.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

This role requires travel ranging from 25% to 100% based on client requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience with ServiceNow.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, defining processes, and driving improvements.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in developing necessary documentation, project artifacts, and user stories.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in leveraging ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related field, or equivalent experience (12 years without a degree, or 6 years with an associate's degree).

Bonus Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification.
  • Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification and additional ServiceNow credentials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience in process management competencies.
  • Agile Scrum Master certification.
  • Proven experience providing thought leadership in consulting engagements to address complex business and technical challenges.

Compensation is competitive and based on factors like location, role, skills, and experience. This position will remain posted actively for at least 3 days.
