The ServiceNow Platform Owner is a senior leader responsible for the overall vision, strategy and realization of the ServiceNow platform within an organization. This role acts as a bridge between business objectives and platform capabilities ensuring ServiceNow delivers measurable outcomes, aligns with enterprise priorities and evolves to meet changing needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulates vision and business value of building supporting developing the platform.
  • Establishes platform governance including policies for development change management security compliance.
