We are seeking a skilled Business/Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team at Maintec Technologies. This role focuses on ServiceNow enhancements and support, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency, resolving issues, and delivering enhancements in an Agile environment. About the Role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of Business/Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow is necessary.
• Proficiency in JavaScript on ServiceNow is also essential.
• The ideal candidate will have either 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of development experience. Skills and Attributes:
• Possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills is crucial for this position. < li>You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate when working with data systems . < li > Proficient in service now configurations using business synonyms would be desirable . < / ul >
