We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and craft solutions that align with the ServiceNow framework, or collaborate with Enterprise Architecture for alternative platform suggestions.
- Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions, leading proofs of concept for new implementations.
- Establish integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems utilizing iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, liaising with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address critical issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and more).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven years of recent solution architecture experience, focusing on ServiceNow, with extensive expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules (WSD, ITOM, HRSC, CSM, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications are required, with CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including handling challenges related to upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
- Strong understanding of practical applications of ServiceNow in relation to industry solutions, as well as an awareness of the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
- Proven knowledge of ServiceNow and other commonly used technology platforms essential for core business functions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
