Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and administer ServiceNow applications across various modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR).
- Work closely with senior consultants and architects to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Engage in solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and client training.
- Document technical designs and configurations effectively for future use.
- Support practice growth through proposal development and client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise service management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset working in a dynamic environment.
- A budding interest in business development and professional services initiatives.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform concepts is a plus.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Any ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications are a bonus.
Implementation Expertise:
- Drive design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, facilitating the rollout of new modules.
Requirement Gathering:
- Engage with clients to gather and analyze business needs.
- Transform requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
Customization and Configuration:
- Tailor ServiceNow applications through workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Manage ServiceNow settings including user roles and access controls.
Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs.
- Ensure smooth data continuity across various platforms.
Data Management:
- Oversee data migrations using Import Sets and maintain data quality.
- Implement best practices for data governance.
Technical Documentation:
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and release notes.
- Communicate technical solutions and practices to teammates and stakeholders.
Troubleshooting Support:
- Provide assistance and resolve ServiceNow-related technical issues.
- Work with service support resources to solve complex problems.
Training:
- Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to teams and clients.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools like Studio and Flow Designer.
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and related modules.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
- Understanding of integration tools, APIs, and data management.
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required.
- 0-2 years in hands-on ServiceNow roles, with integration experience preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is beneficial.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn and grow with new technologies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in consulting or technology services, with a focus on ServiceNow.

- Interest in engaging in business development ventures.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client projects.

The salary range for this role is $58,800.00 - $109,600.00 annually, influenced by numerous factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.
