The Global ServiceNow Center of Excellence are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Lead the design development implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand business processes translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop maintain detailed architectural diagrams design documents technical specifications. This requires a strong technical background excellent written verbal communication skills ability collaborate effectively cross functional teams.The successful candidate will be responsible translating business requirements into technical specifications leading design implementation complex servicenow solutions ensuring ongoing performance stability service-now platform
