• Configure, build and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide technical support and lead troubleshooting efforts for production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement new systems and facilitate timely application maintenance and upgrades. Required Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• No less than three years of relevant experience are required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
