Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

A leading company, Virtual Vocations Inc., seeks a skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our remote team. As an integral member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical System Design Changes:

The ideal candidate will implement complex technical system design changes and manage application deployments seamlessly.

Problem Resolution and Coordination:

• Collaborate with Support Teams: i.e., coordinate problem resolution with support teams in case of system issues or difficulties encountered during deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

‣ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)‣ 5+ years of full data management duties including migration & continuous integration/delivery‣ Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (or related certification) is preferred‣ Proficiency in server-side & client-side JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML‣ In-depth knowledge of Deployment/Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes as well as tools
