Technical Lead for Developer Experience

A key role for a Technical Lead, Developer Experience is available. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the internal AI-powered software generation and review platform.
• Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to integrate existing tools into a cohesive product.
• Define success metrics for the platform and iterate based on user feedback. Required Qualifications:
• Mastery of developer tools, build environments or low-level systems acquired over 5+ years experience
• Prior ownership of zero-to-one products or platforms with significant autonomy
• Genuine passion for building tools that enhance engineer productivity
• Ability to thrive in high trust, ambiguity-driven environments
