Virtual Vocations Inc. seeks a skilled ServiceNow Queue Manager to oversee the efficient processing and management of computer fulfillment and asset lifecycle tracking tickets within our ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date visibility into incoming and active ServiceNow tickets related to computer procurement, equipment returns, and asset support
• Validate returned equipment against accurate asset records in our inventory system
