FSM Certified ServiceNow Analyst

A highly skilled FSM Certified ServiceNow Analyst is sought by a forward-thinking company to drive strategic initiatives and spearhead requirements workshops for key features within the Field Service Management (FSM) module. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute agendas for comprehensive requirements workshops focused on enhancing FSM module capabilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ServiceNow Developers and QA Consultants to ensure seamless project execution Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing robust Work Order Management systems utilizing Dynamic Scheduling methodologies
• In-depth understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro functionality with proven expertise in streamlining HR processes
• Familiarity with industry-specific use cases across utilities, telecoms, healthcare sectors as well as having extensive knowledge of Human Resources Shared Services domain (HRSD)
