• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers and QA Consultants, to ensure compliance with project specifications

Required Qualifications:

• More than 10 years of experience implementing FSM module features such as Work order management and Dynamic Scheduling
• A strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro is essential for this role Detailed knowledge of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare) is highly valued
• Familiarity with industry best practices will be beneficial
