- Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets associated with computer procurement and asset support.
- Oversee the ServiceNow Returns Queue, validating returned equipment against accurate asset records.
- Track device movements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring precise inventory reporting.
