A key position in our organization is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Queue Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage ServiceNow ticket workflows related to computer fulfillment and asset lifecycle tracking. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets associated with computer procurement and asset support.
  • Oversee the ServiceNow Returns Queue, validating returned equipment against accurate asset records.
  • Track device movements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring precise inventory reporting.
