ServiceNow Supervisor with ITIL Certification

A high-level IT professional is needed to lead a team overseeing the ServiceNow platform. This includes strategy, development, configuration, optimization and operational support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for ServiceNow operations: Configuration, development and integration of various modules.
• Serve as an escalation point for incidents and ensure SLAs, KPIs and ITIL service metrics are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT with strong knowledge of ITIL. They should also hold the required certification. A bachelor’s degree can be substituted by relevant work experience.
