ServiceNow Developer – CMDB & Integrations Specialist

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB development and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating monitoring and inventory systems such as Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco Meraki with the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CMDB models and CI classes

• Populate CMDB using ServiceNow Discovery and integrations

• Implement reconciliation and identification rules

• Integrate monitoring tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco Meraki with ServiceNow

• Configure Event Management for alert correlation and incident prioritization

• Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and REST APIs

Required Skills

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and ServiceNow Discovery

Experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, or Cisco Meraki integrations

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
