[Remote] ServiceNow Architect with SOM\OMT

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoreTek Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with extensive experience in architecture design, development, and implementation. The role involves partnering with application and technology teams to design scalable solutions and providing technical leadership to ensure compliance and security in ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions
• Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
• Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
• Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines
• Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance
• Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement

Skills

• 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation
• Hands on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS certifications should be active
• Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development
• Very good communication and co-ordination skills
• Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions
• Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
• Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
• Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
• 5+ years' experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices
• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines
• Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance
• Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
