Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator for our client in Austin, US. This role requires implementing and administering ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administer ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
- Maintain a domain-separated ServiceNow instance
- Implement and support various modules within the platform including SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM
- Perform system maintenance testing troubleshooting collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify prioritize enhancements provide end-user training ensure security availability performance of the platform.
