Job Description:

Required an experienced Developer to lead the deployment and configuration of the Digital Product Release (DPR) product.

Design and implement automated workflows, forms, and dashboards for product releases.

Integrate DPR with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, DevOps, Change Management) and external CI/CD tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize release management.

Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and troubleshoot issues.

Create technical documentation and user guides for end users and administrators.

Deliver training sessions to ensure successful adoption of DPR.

Provide post implementation support, monitor performance, and implement enhancements.
