This position is for a contractor with specialized skills to support ServiceNow and the various projects it encompasses. The primary focus will be on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects. The ideal candidate will have senior-level ServiceNow developer skills, along with strong customer interface abilities to gather requirements and design complex solutions that meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.

Skills
- Senior-level ServiceNow development and/or administration skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Proficiency in Scheduled Script Executions and various functionalities like notifications and reporting
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
