Role Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow QA / Test Engineer to support testing and quality assurance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
The role will focus on validating platform configurations, integrations, and workflows across various ServiceNow modules in a highly regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform testing experience, automation exposure, and knowledge of Agile delivery models. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules. Validate configurations, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or SecOps. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and test scenarios. Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Support test automation initiatives where applicable. Ensure adherence to enterprise testing standards and regulatory compliance requirements within financial services. Maintain documentation including test strategies, defect reports, and test execution reports. Required Qualifications 5+ years of QA / software testing experience in enterprise IT environments. 3+ years of testing experience on the ServiceNow platform. Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or SecOps. Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management and defect tracking. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar.
