The ServiceNow Alliance Campaign Manager is essential in driving sector-specific sales strategies and shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the EY-ServiceNow partnership. This role requires collaboration with global alliance leadership, sector teams, and regions to design impactful campaign components, bolster industry-focused relations, and launch significant GTM initiatives. This position presents a unique opportunity to influence EY’s representation with ServiceNow in key markets, spearhead messaging and value proposition development, and assist in preliminary strategic endeavors. You will work across regions, service lines, and sectors, making a direct contribution to pipeline growth while positioning EY as a trusted partner for ServiceNow and our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team, you will work closely with ServiceNow alliance leaders, sector teams, and regions to create and activate high-impact sales motions. This role is tailored for someone enthusiastic about driving sector-specific growth, enhancing alliance relations, and launching integrated sales campaigns. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Motion Activation: Collaborate with global alliance leaders and sector teams to develop and implement targeted sales motions that accelerate pipeline and enhance EY-ServiceNow market presence.
  • GTM Strategy & Program Design: Define and develop the go-to-market strategy, creating distinctive program elements that bolster EY’s position within the ServiceNow alliance.
  • Value Proposition & Messaging: Lead the creation of clear and compelling messaging and value propositions for campaigns, ensuring alignment across Sector, Alliance, and Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with BMC: Partner with BMC to produce sales materials, marketing collateral, and campaign content that facilitate field activation and enhance campaign impact.
  • Technical Asset Coordination: Work with internal tech teams, solution leaders, and ServiceNow contacts to track and support the development of demos and technical content for campaigns.
  • Regional Activation: Drive campaign initiatives across locations through awareness sessions, field training, and coordination with regional leaders.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Offer early-stage support on strategic opportunities, helping to shape pursuit strategies and foster connections with alliance leaders and solution teams.
  • Campaign Governance: Supervise campaign governance, ensuring robust sales and pipeline management with consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Service Lines, Sectors, Regions, and other stakeholders to assure cohesive execution and alignment on objectives.

This position is based in the US, with a blend of virtual collaboration and regular interaction with global team members. Some travel may be involved.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

  • GTM Campaign Development: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing go-to-market sales campaigns, including value proposition crafting and field activation across regions.
  • Alliance Management Expertise: A strong background in building and nurturing effective technology alliance relationships, with an understanding of ServiceNow’s offerings and business value.
  • Sales Motion Activation: Proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Sectors, and Alliance teams to implement sales motions that boost pipeline growth and support major initiatives.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skill in analyzing market trends and pipeline insights to inform campaign strategies and identify key account targets.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Experience in developing innovative GTM strategies and enabling teams to pursue strategic opportunities effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure solid campaign execution and alignment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to concurrently manage multiple campaign elements while upholding high standards of quality and coordination.
  • Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with ServiceNow solutions, industry applications, and the ecosystem, enabling you to create meaningful narratives and GTM approaches.
  • Relationship Building & Influence: Strong capacity to build trusted relationships with alliance executives and sector leaders, driving action across organizational lines.
  • Effective Communication: Skilled communicator with excellent facilitation and storytelling abilities, capable of producing compelling campaign content and executive-level materials.
  • Leadership & Teaming: Experience in leading cross-functional efforts, guiding teams towards collective objectives while fostering a collaborative environment.

What We Offer You

We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that recognizes your performance and contribution to the business. The base salary range for this role in the US is $228,600 to $452,600. In high-cost areas such as the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $274,300 to $514,300. Compensation is determined based on various factors including education, experience, skills, and location. Our Total Rewards package includes health coverage, pension and retirement plans, and a wide array of paid time off options.

Our flexible vacation policy allows you to determine the vacation time you need based on your circumstances.
