About the Role:
Crowe is searching for a technical expert to enhance our dynamic ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, particularly with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. As a collaborative team member, you will play a crucial role in designing and building scalable ServiceNow solutions that produce measurable impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, focusing on:
- Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
- MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Establishing Event Management rules and alert correlation
- Designing and implementing Service Mapping
- Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.
- Transform technical requirements and architecture into scalable, maintainable implementations.
- Work collaboratively with Solution Architects and engagement leads to maintain solution quality and alignment.
- Create and uphold clear documentation and internal development standards.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Participate in technical design sessions and internal code reviews.
- Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-launch support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods.
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.
- Experience in integrating with third-party tools, including SolarWinds, SCOM, and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills related to MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Who We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, especially in documenting complex logic clearly.
- Comfortable working both independently and in collaborative, distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

The salary range for this role varies based on skills, experience, and business needs. The estimated range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
