  • Your Role*
  • Drive customer discovery, align solution strategy with business needs, and deliver tailored ServiceNow value propositions.
  • Design technical and functional solutions, estimate effort, and present clear demonstrations, POVs, and product walkthroughs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while maintaining demo environments and custom scripts.
  • Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by staying updated on platform releases, trends, and contributing thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams, support solution responses, and mentor junior team members.
  • Your Profile*
  • Proven presales or solution consulting experience with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with customerfacing experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications, scripting familiarity (JavaScript), and experience with web technologies (REST/SOAP/HTML) are preferred.
