NTT DATA is looking for a ServiceNow Consultancy Support, to work onsite in Rome for a UN Agency. The organisation has implemented the ServiceNow platform, with core infrastructure already in place. The current focus is on the final configuration and customisation of workflows and modules to ensure a successful internal launch. In this role you will work alongside internal IT and Change Management teams to review, enhance, and document the ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless integration with corporate data and processes.Review the existing ServiceNow configuration and identify areas for workflows and modules to meet specific corporate requirements.Ensure data integration from existing corporate repositories (CMDB, AD, etc.) and compliance with internal standards and policies.Work closely with developers in other technologies, to validate requirements and ensure integration points are managed efficiently and securely while maintaining the availability and integration of the comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow modules, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.Collaborate with internal IT and Change Management teams to support the internal launch.Provide on-site support during the final implementation phase.Your profile:A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development.At least 5 years' experience of working with Service Now with proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration and skilled knowledge of migration of data from existing corporate repositories (CMDB, AD, eTicketing system) to Service Now Modules.Ability to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise environments.Experience with internal launch readiness and troubleshooting.Ability to work with other to brainstorm and develop practical and innovative solution.Able to consult and deal effectively with all levels of the organization and establish working relations of openness and trust in a multicultural setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.If you are interested and available for this opportunity as freelance contractor, please submit your CV in English and in Europass format as soon as possible.NTT DATA is a multinational consultancy company, employing over 20.000 professionals world-wide.
