- KPMG is seeking Manager ServiceNow to join Consulting organization Responsibilities Manage ServiceNow client implementations including leading multiple workstreams from initial planning requirements design development testing implementation post engagement support Lead client workshops present leading practices ITSM ITOM or IRM while understanding their complex needs translating them into functional technical requirements Engage decision-makers lay out project roadmaps ensure delivery aligns organizational strategies objectives Provide guidance training mentorship members clients on ServiceNow operations upgrades development Lead teams complete agile-based deliverables assigned by leadership during project execution Support business activities identification proposal development pursuit works appropriate resources other service lines industries Manage engagements according financial cost management policies Qualifications Minimum five years experience managing large enterprise systems matrixed organizations at least three years directly managing platform extensive focus ITSM ITOM IRM Bachelors degree accredited college/university minimum five equivalent work experience Completion two full implementations hold current certifications System Administration CSA CIS -IT-Service Management CIS -Discovery CIS Event Management CIS-Service Mapping CIS Risk Compliance CIS Third-party Risk Management Cis-Vulnerability Response Experience various size teams delivery agile-based projects portions meet defined requirements Travel as needed Must authorized U.S without need employment visa sponsorship now future '}
