ServiceNow Lead / Architect

One of Insight Global's enterprise clients is seeking a ServiceNow Lead / Architect to support and remediate a recently deployed ServiceNow environment. The platform went live last year following an implementation and now requires an experienced, hands on resource to clean up the environment, stabilize core functionality, and move foundational processes forward. This role is highly technical and execution focused, with an emphasis on ServiceNow administration, architecture, integrations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has enterprise ServiceNow experience, can step into an unstructured environment, and confidently take ownership to guide the platform forward. This is a short-term project engagement with potential for extension or conversion based on need.
Compensation: $55/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow lead role
- Strong hands on experience with: o ServiceNow administration o ServiceNow architecture
- Experience building and supporting: o APIs o Webhooks o System integrations
- Enterprise IT background
- Working knowledge of: o Azure o Active Directory
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and/or Elastic
- Proven ability to step into an immature or messy environment and take ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder facing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience consolidating monitoring or operational tooling into ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ServiceNow AI features and reporting/analytics
- Prior experience remediating or optimizing post deployment ServiceNow implementations
- Experience advising on licensing and platform strategy
