The Accenture ServiceNow Business Group specializes in navigating technology and industry transformations. We partner with our clients to tackle the complexities of digital business, improving service and customer operations while modernizing work processes to leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in successfully implementing ServiceNow services and solutions in a consulting environment.

Travel may be part of the role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on client needs and business requirements.

Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or a related application development field.
• 3+ years of knowledge with applications such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience). If you hold an Associate's Degree, you must have at least 6 years of pertinent experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of Angular JS.
• Advanced skills with ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Experience in Web Service Integration (API Web Services).
• LDAP Integration expertise.
• Skills in Single Sign-on configuration and administration.
• SQL experience.
• Confidence in presenting to large groups.
• Experience in advanced applications such as ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, and PPM is a plus; familiarity with Platform/Integration and Portal/UI is also beneficial.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• ATP Trainer Certification is an added advantage.

Annual Salary Range:

• California: $70,350 to $196,000
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
• Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
• Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
• New York: $66,300 to $196,000
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
• Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
