Your Career
As an Account Executive, you play a key role in driving new business in a dynamic environment within the telecom and technology sectors across the Western US. This is a pivotal moment to strengthen our ServiceNow partnerships and unveil new opportunities. Your focus will be on aiding organizations in accelerating their digital transformation through the power of ServiceNow solutions. You will achieve this through strategic planning, effective territory management, and field-based sales efforts focused on a defined set of prospects.
Your Impact:
- Craft strategic business plans to manage sales and foster growth in the region, including the creation of innovative marketing events.
- Forge relationships with key C-suite individuals (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across various product lines.
- Lead account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse team of specialists.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehensively understanding your customers' specific business challenges and showcasing how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal experts and support teams to engage the right resources at critical times to effectively close deals.
- Continuously build a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within your territory.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Become a subject matter expert on all ServiceNow products and solutions through ongoing education, certifications, and industry seminars.
- Engage with regular and prospective customers to understand their business needs and demonstrate how ServiceNow solutions can address them.
- Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings to stay informed.
- Prepare sales budgets, maintain records, and present reports to key leadership, including biweekly forecasts.
Your Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions or competitive SaaS products.
- Established relationships in the ServiceNow ecosystem are highly preferred.
- Experience in selling consulting and integration services specifically tailored to the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business, cultivate relationships, negotiate deals, and sustain healthy C-Level partnerships.
- Experience managing multiple sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Successful experience building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and proven ability to connect consultatively with executives and key stakeholders.
- A strategic outlook with the capability to align sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client needs.
Education & Certifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a technology-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
