As a ServiceNow Portfolio Management Leader, you will lead transformational projects within our consulting practice. This role focuses on client engagement, allowing you to demonstrate your leadership and mentoring skills while fostering strong client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in helping organizations tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

• Demonstrate strong business acumen, making informed, data-driven decisions while skillfully managing stakeholder conflicts.
• Assist clients in undergoing successful technology transformations through effective process implementations.
• Analyze operational activities to offer strategic insights and tailored recommendations.
• Lead design and requirements workshops with essential stakeholders.
• Employ both agile and waterfall methodologies for effective project management and delivery.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by preparing compelling proposals and accurate cost estimates.
• Create high-quality project documentation and deliverables.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management projects.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Portfolio Management.
• 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
• Outstanding communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with ServiceNow's AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in performance analytics and reporting.

The base salary for this role ranges from $142,600 to $261,500, depending on location.
