We are seeking an experienced Manager for ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple workstreams from initial planning through implementation of large-scale ServiceNow projects including ITSM ITOM or IRM requirements design testing development deployment post engagement support.
• Lead workshops with clients presenting best practices while understanding their complex needs translating them into functional technical requirements
