• ServiceNow 2. ITSM implementations 3. Micro certifications, UI Builder Additional Skills Job Description As A ServiceNow Developer you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.

Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on process development and improvement, request fulfillment, and automated workflows.

• Will work under the engineering team as dedicated SN resource to do all the work needed in dev environment
• Become familiar with the current ServiceNow instance and functionality
• Collaborate closely with teams to gather requirements to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.
• Design, develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications
• Provide strong project and task management skills and collaborate well with other ServiceNow engineers
• Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain minimal custom workflows. Orchestrate and automate tasks where possible.
