- Manage ServiceNow client implementations including leading multiple workstreams from initial planning to post-engagement support.
- Lay out project roadmaps for decision-makers ensuring delivery aligns with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development to team members and clients.
KPMG seeks an experienced Manager to lead Consulting teams in implementing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing large systems in complex organizations with extensive focus on ITSM, ITOM, or IRM qualifications include minimum five years equivalent work experience two full implementations of ServiceNow hold current certifications System Administration (CSA) CIS – IT Service Management or one preferred: CIS - Event Management service Mapping Risk Compliance Third-party Risk Management Vulnerability Response
