Job Role : ServiceNow QA / Tester

Location: Columbus, Ohio(5 days onsite)

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA/Tester with hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual regression testing within ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and stability of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.

Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.

Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.

Work closely with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in ServiceNow testing.

Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).

Experience in manual regression and functional testing.

Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM – preferred).

Good analytical and communication skills.
