SHC Federal is seeking a highly motivated Catalog Manager to support our client on a federal program at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the optimization and management of IT service catalog offerings, driving process improvements and enhancing user experience within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management, service catalog management, or business analysis; Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience
  • 2+ years with ServiceNow Service Catalog and Request Management modules
  • Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into service catalog offerings or workflows, and identifying and implementing process improvements within IT service delivery environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Experience supporting large enterprise IT service environments or service desk programs

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the IT service catalog within ServiceNow, ensuring catalog items are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational needs
  • Support the creation, update, and retirement of service catalog items and request workflows, applying UX principles to ensure intuitive and easy user navigation
  • Work with stakeholders to simplify request forms, reduce unnecessary steps, and improve the overall self-service experience
  • Partner with internal IT teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to understand service requirements and translate them into effective service catalog offerings
  • Apply IT service management best practices to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, reduce request friction, and support consistent service fulfillment

The hourly pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
