Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow Presales)- Remote

Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow Presales) - Remote in Louisville, Kentucky.

Education And Experience »

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business process consulting, IT consulting, or presales
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (SPM, GRC, HRSD, or other modules).
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities»

• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) or digital workflow solutions.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, etc.).
• Experience supporting presales, demos, or solution consulting.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Experience working in an IT consulting or professional services organization.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, and proposal development.
• Conduct customer workshops and discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow-based solutions and workflows.
• Assist in creating solution designs, value propositions, and ROI narratives for clients.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

Business Process Consulting

• Analyze and document current-state business processes and recommend optimized workflows using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop process maps, use cases, and business requirement documents.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Align customer processes with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
