Job Overview

The Technical Analyst II will perform proactive monitoring, incident response, technical troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination to ensure uninterrupted workflows, regulatory compliance, and strong customer experience. This position works closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams to quickly resolve production issues and maintain system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Production Monitoring & Incident Response • Perform daily system health checks across production systems, integrations, pipelines, and scheduled jobs • Identify and resolve stuck records, failed jobs, transmission errors, and processing delays • Execute manual remediation including record reprocessing, retrying failed jobs, and resetting system statuses • Triage system alerts and determine appropriate response or escalation • Manage incidents and tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

Data Integrity & Workflow Reliability • Ensure inspection, verification, and listing data flows properly through validation and delivery pipelines • Investigate VIN validation errors, decoding failures, duplicate records, and location mismatches • Validate record consistency across databases, internal tools, and customer portals • Maintain reference tables, templates, configurations, and system rules

Integrations & System Deliveries • Monitor ETL pipelines, batch jobs, polling queues, and external system integrations • Troubleshoot delivery failures involving SFTP, FTP, AWS S3, and external endpoints • Investigate delayed or missing data deliveries and coordinate retransmission when necessary

Customer & Internal Support • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues involving customers, inspectors, auctions, and internal teams • Document incident findings, remediation steps, and system behavior in ticketing systems • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to resolve systemic issues • Support onboarding and configuration for new customers, integrations, and workflows

Access & Compliance Management • Provision and manage user access across supported systems • Perform access reviews and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements • Support SOC2 operational checks and maintain accurate documentation

Must-Have Qualifications • Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT production support, technical operations, or system analysis • Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases and DB IDE tools • Experience using system monitoring or operational support tools • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Experience working in high-availability production environments • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritize issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise platforms or SaaS environments • Familiarity with ETL pipelines, batch processing, and integration monitoring • Experience troubleshooting SFTP/FTP integrations or cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3 • Experience supporting audit or compliance environments such as SOC2 • Experience mentoring junior analysts or improving operational processes
