Job Summary – ServiceNow Developer

One of my client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions using best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow projects successfully.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system designs.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical activities and follow industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Required certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, Angular/React, AJAX.
• Understanding of SQL, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal development.
