ServiceNow FSO Architect (Remote – U.S.)

Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base Work Arrangement: Remote (occasional on-site collaboration possible)

Northwest Talent Solutions is supporting a large enterprise technology consulting organization delivering platform transformation programs for banking and financial services clients. We are seeking a ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions supporting transaction disputes, onboarding, and operational case management.

This is a hands-on architecture role. You will be responsible for solution design, implementation strategy, and translating business operations into scalable ServiceNow workflows. What You'll Do:

  • Architect and implement ServiceNow FSO and CSM solutions
  • Design solutions using the Financial Services Data Model
  • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical architecture
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Develop and review Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and integrations
  • Guide Agile sprint planning, demos, and solution delivery
  • Design dispute management, payment operations, and customer lifecycle workflows
  • Support implementation, testing, and production deployment
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts
  • Document architecture and solution design
  • Provide troubleshooting and platform guidance

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Architecture or technical solution design experience
  • Experience with the Financial Services Data Model
  • Strong ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
  • Experience working within Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience implementing dispute management or financial case workflows
  • Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB architecture
  • ITIL or service management framework knowledge
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or payment operations environments

Technical Skills:

  • ServiceNow platform architecture
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • REST and SOAP Web Services
  • Integration Hub and APIs
  • Workflow automation and case management
  • Enterprise data modeling

Ideal Background

Candidates who have implemented ServiceNow as an operational platform — not only ITSM — will be especially relevant. Experience supporting financial processes such as disputes, loan operations, card operations, claims, or treasury workflows is highly valued. Application Questions:
