ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team at Tephra.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Edit design artifacts with the right level of detail.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department needs.
• Analyze code and ensure it aligns with industry standards and customer expectations.

You will work closely with business analysts/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow, follow up on outstanding development needs, provide timely status reports, advise on options/risk impacts, communicate complex ideas effectively both technically and non-technically.
