ServiceNow CSM Architect

ServiceNow CSM Architect Onsite – Irving, TX or Minnetonka, MN | 40 hrs/week | Up to $75/hr

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who specializes in Customer Service Management (CSM). You will be responsible for building, managing, and improving CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will also help migrate an existing client onboarding platform (Connex) into ServiceNow CSM. You own the technical decisions and everything that goes to production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow CSM solutions
• Help migrate the current client onboarding platform (Connex) into ServiceNow CSM
• Translate complex business needs into automated workflow solutions
• Maintain and continuously improve the platform
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for all things CSM

What You Need

• 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Minimum 3 years working specifically as a ServiceNow CSM Architect
• Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows (or similar tools like Remedy)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Migration, AI, and RPA
• Software architecture and design experience
• CIS-CSM certification is mandatory — no exceptions

Must required Certificate: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
