KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Business Process Consultant & Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enhancement and defect management efforts, requirement gathering and driving delivery from concept to execution for our ServiceNow platform; play a key role in shaping internal processes and standards to improve operational efficiency and platform governance
  • Serve as the main contact for enhancement requests, incidents, and defect reports, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; lead delivery from intake through completion by coordinating across support, development, and platform teams
  • Translate operational and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; prioritize backlog items based on business value and strategic alignment
  • Facilitate sprint planning, monitor progress, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of enhancements and fixes
  • Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and platform support teams, communicating roadmap updates and release plans
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities, contribute to operational standards, and support compliance with upgrade cycles and platform health checks
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent practical experience developing, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred; Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred
  • Minimum one ServiceNow certification in a major module (such as ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps) is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and enhancing a range of ServiceNow products/modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, and more); strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integrations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
