ServiceNow Platform Administrator
The role of a ServiceNow platform administrator is to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs. This includes tasks such as system upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and problem resolution.
- Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents involves identifying issues and further troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
Serves as backup for responding to complex user requests or handles more intricate request requirements on own initiative without little supervision.Troubleshoots complex issues efficiently.
- Manage dashboards & reports for insights into usage license allocations & performance
- Support data-driven decision making
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in IT related field (or relevant experience) A minimum 4-6 years' work history in systems administration/IT other fields, yearly equipped certifications(SNOW CSA)
