Key Skills

Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module
Service Catalog, Flow Designer & Workflow Editor
Client-side & server-side scripting
REST/SOAP integrations
Exposure to discovery tools (SCCM, BigFix, ADDM)

Responsibilities

Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications
Configure workflows and automation
Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
