Overview

We are hiring an ITSM Integration Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow to design and manage integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of ITSM integration experience, 3+ years in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting.
• ServiceNow certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise tools.
• Configure APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Support ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
