Required Technical Skill Set** Service NOW SAM, HAM, ITAM

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Experience with ITAM/ALM lifecycle processes.

• Strong understanding of software licensing models across major publishers.
• Proven experience integrating SCCM, Intune, SaaS APIs, and MID Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
• Strong hands on ServiceNow SAM Pro & ITAM/ALM, CMDB, CSDM experience.
• Experience with integrations, MID Server, APIs, SCCM, Intune & Jamf., Software normalization & reconciliation, License metrics and entitlement management
