Role Overview

Impactron is looking for ambitious, tech-savvy freshers to join our specialised ServiceNow Career Launchpad in Jodhpur. This is a rigorous, in-office 6-month training program designed to transform high-potential graduates into certified ServiceNow Professionals.

At the end of the six months, performers who demonstrate technical excellence, clear the required certifications, and align with Impactron’s values will be offered Permanent Full-Time Employment. What You Will Do

• Intensive Training: Undergo a structured 6-month training on the ServiceNow platform. Get mentorship and structured learning from industry professionals with years of experience.
• Certification: Work toward and achieve requisite ServiceNow certifications as identified by the organisation based on project needs and platform specialisations.
• Project Exposure: Shadow senior consultants and contribute to real-world ServiceNow implementations while honing your ServiceNow development skills.
• Advanced AI Integration & Literacy: We will help you understand and leverage AI tools (such as Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence) to automate workflows within ServiceNow. Beyond the platform, you will gain insights into how AI is being leveraged across the broader enterprise context and learn to apply AI-driven efficiencies in your own day-to-day work routines.
• Profile Building & Thought Leadership: We will guide you in building a robust professional profile within the ServiceNow community and on LinkedIn. You will have the opportunity to create high-impact technical content, with the potential for your work to be published on Impactron’s official website. Who Should Apply?

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Full-Time Availability: This is a strictly in-office role for the entirety of the 6-month duration. Candidates must have completed their academic commitments. If you have upcoming final examinations, college attendance requirements, or any other constraints during this period, please do not apply at this stage.
• Professional Character: We are looking for individuals with demonstrated capabilities of hard work, commitment, discipline, and professionalism. These traits should be visible through your academic record, internships, or extracurricular achievements in your CV.
• Communication Excellence: Professional-grade written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory. You will be expected to interact with global stakeholders.
• AI Awareness: A deep interest in the evolving world of Artificial Intelligence. We expect you to be aware of current AI trends and have demonstrated your interest through projects or self-learning.
• Technical Foundation: We seek an analytical mind with the ability to solve complex problems and a genuine interest in the computing and programming field. Experience with any programming language is required; hands-on experience with JavaScript is highly preferred.
