JD:

Manage end-to-end service delivery for strategic client accounts ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.

Act as the primary escalation point for clients and drive timely resolution of service issues.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, delivery, support) to ensure seamless service execution.

Monitor account performance, prepare service reports, and conduct regular service review meetings.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to ITIL/service management best practices.

Support contract governance, risk management, and change management activities.

Mentor service delivery teams and contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
