Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Consultant - Cloud Discovery Location: Stamford, CT Experience: 10 to 15+ Years Job Description: The ITAM Consultant will implement and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules, focusing on cloud discovery and integration. They will ensure the accuracy of the CMDB and support IT operations. Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ITAM modules, including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow Cloud Discovery with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Maintain data integrity in the CMDB through automated discovery and reconciliation.
• Develop workflows and custom scripts to automate asset lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to enhance asset visibility. Required Technical Skillset:
• ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB expertise.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Management modules.
• Scripting with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
