Role Title: ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Consultant

Location: USA and LATAM (Remote)

Job Description: Overview

We are implementing the ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) module and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to support the design and implementation.

While an implementation partner will perform the configuration and build, this role will act as an internal advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring the solution design aligns with business needs, ServiceNow best practices, and long-term platform strategy.

The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and the implementation partner to guide design decisions and ensure successful knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications

Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) Experience in design and architecture for the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) implementation. Extensive Knowledge and Experience in designing, Implementation, Integration Service Now Modules, ITSM, CSM & FSO. Configure and validate SPO workflows, PSM data model, Flow Designer flows, approvals, and automation aligned with procurement lifecycle processes. Define and review integration architecture between ServiceNow SPO and external systems Experience working with ServiceNow implementation partners Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes Ability to review solution architecture and technical designs

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist

Experience with related ServiceNow modules such as: Vendor Risk Management Contract Management Supplier Lifecycle Management Experience in enterprise procurement transformation projects

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations Review and validate solution design proposed by the implementation partner Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture Identify risks and recommend improvements

Business Process Alignment

Work with procurement and business stakeholders to define requirements Map procurement processes to ServiceNow capabilities Support the design of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement workflows

Implementation Oversight

Participate in design workshops and sprint reviews Review configurations, workflows, and integrations Ensure the implementation partner follows agreed architecture and standards
