ServiceNow SAMPro (Software Asset Mgmt) Process Consultant Location - NJ - floorham park Onsite Start date - ASAP Duration - 6 Months+ Senior Positions

Key factors to consider:

• Experience in implementing SAM Pro with the top 10 publishers
• Managing 20k+ entitlements
• Integrating Large global (across 173 Countries) SaaS/Cloud applications with high amount of custom integrations
• Assume a semi robust CMDB system & HAM/ITAM already in place
• Expect to finish the project within a timeline of 6 months Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management lifecycle and Software License Compliance Management
• Strong understanding on various publisher licensing models (i.e. Processor based, Core based, Floating Users)
• Should have excellent knowledge on building processes and procedure documents and explain the possible outcomes of each process with SAM process.
• Very strong focus on process and ability to document procedures
• Expert in complex publisher licensing i.e. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Vmware, Symentec (at least any one)
• Must know about different data attribute required to calculate license consumption
• Ability to work with data from various systems to locate information such as Contracts, purchase records, license agreements, etc.
• Basic understanding of different discovery tools (i.e. ServiceNow Discovery)
• Exceptional communication skills (English language)
• Ability to effectively manage people and process
• Expert in data management tools (MS Excel, Smartsheets, MS Access)Experience Required
• Experience with SAM Pro
